At Mutu Case, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every case is inspected before it leaves our facility. If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
This policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to reach out for product issues.

What's Covered

Under normal, everyday use, your Mutu Case is covered for:

Manufacturing, Structural Defects & Print Damage

• Detachment, cracking, splitting or staining of the case
• Broken buttons, hinges, or clips
• MagSafe / magnet failure
• A case that does not fit the device model for which it was designed
• The design peeling, flaking, fading, or scratching off under normal use

What's Not Covered

This policy covers genuine manufacturing defects and normal wear. It does not cover:

• Drops, impacts, crushing, or other accidental damage.
• Misuse or abuse, or use outside what the product is designed for.
• Scratches and scuffs from keys, tools, abrasive surfaces, or general wear.
• Liquid or water damage beyond the product's rating.
• Normal ageing, wear and tear, UV degradation, or deterioration caused by sunlight, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or other liquids.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or marketplaces.
• Damage caused by modification, disassembly, attempted repair, or unauthorised alteration.
• Damage caused by use with incompatible devices, accessories, chargers, cables, or power sources.
